If your button is working (sending out an IR code) then there should be a code in the "Edit IR Window" when you press the "View/Edit IR.." button.
When pasting the code in some people have tried to paste it into the line above the "View/Edit.." button called name. You have to press the "View/Edit.." button which opens the "Edit IR Window". Now you should be able to copy and paste the codes from the files section in Remote Central. Once you have pasted a code there it will be converted by PENG to the correct format.
Problems... The code has to be a clean code or PENG won't accept it. Some codes just won't paste..Work arounds..Copy the code to Word and then copy to from Word to PENG...When you copy the code select (highlight) it from the rear of the code to the front ( sounds crazy but it works on some) and then paste it in PENG.
