1) Crashes! This could be related to my PCF,
but frustrating nonetheless.
There are lot of people who had lots of crashes and then learnt how to avoid it (don't use groups) and lot of people who use it without crashing. If you have used groups, you know where the problem is and the solution is "don't use groups" for now.
Plus, when you use them, the entire LCD lights
up.
This is a feature and not a bug. Maybe, you do not need this feature.
3) Cranky light sensor makes it useless, and LCD
stays backlit the entire time the LCD is lit up.
Check out the light level setting on ur Pronto.
Click on "Settings" button (the one between device overview system item button and device left system item button) and adjust the light level.
