All of my device icons are generic (with the exception of some of the Panamax surge protector pictures). To export bmps, save a copy of the .pcf, then rename it as a .zip file. Once you unzip this file you will have a folder named bitmaps which contains all of the images. You can modify the names with most any paint program. The font I used was from Adobe Illustrator 9.
