I'm using the original bats which "show" enough power, but I'll try to swap out and see what happens. In the mean time, I figured out that you can "learn" the IR codes directly into PENG using the 3000 and USB connection, which seems easier to me anyway. Other than IR codes, is there anything I would ever need to "upload" from the 3000. Seems like the direct learning is faster and saves batteries, and my design work will always be done on the PC. Any thoughts?
