I've successfully downloaded (from XP to 3000) several times without a glitch to try various authors' confgs.

Now I've set up IR templates, downloaded them to 3000 and learned all necessary IR signals in the remote, but I can't get it to upload back to XP. When I click upload, I get an upload animation on XP, 3000 comes on briefly for about ten secs (then off), then after a few minutes, I get an "upload has failed" error message. Never see any status bars indicating that info is being transferred (like I do on download).

-UPDATE- Now I seem to get one single status bar after a few seconds, then the 3000 power itself up, gives the Pronto animation, powers down after a few more seconds, then a few minutes later I get the Upload Fail message.
