In the meantime I tried using RF (via an ATI remote control I had) - also a no go! Also results from my search at the Neo forum it looks like that the TSU3000 will NEVER work with my Airboard.
I am just fed up with this product (and its poor support). I already filled out the RMA request for Amazon.
It’s just too bad I already sold my 2000.
I will have another look at the Marantz 9200. Also the first info about the Sony RM-NX7000 looks very promising.
