This is exactly the same problem I had with my Pronto Neo. My solution? Sell the Neo and buy a 3000! It's in transit from the US to me at the moment. As you can imagine, I'm somewhat disappointed to find out that the 3000 won't work either. I figured that with all the ccf's for the Barco from 1000 and 2000 owners that the 3000 would at least work as well.

I'll give it a go when it arrives, and let you all know how it goes.
