I have the DVP-CX985V changers. Not sure what could be going on there with your changer. What have you tried so far? I have not had issues with the changers I use and the 7000. Works fine. Much better than with the TSU3000 on that latest firmware where I had to add a .1 second delay to all my codes just to get it to work.
