Symptom: Touchscreen Unresponsive/Stuck on calibration screen after firmware update

Firmware: v. 3.6.7
Emailed Pronto Team: Yes on 7/21/05
Remote RU950 (European TSU3000)
I called them to day,they told mee it is a hardware failure
what do you think???
