Symptom: Touchscreen Unresponsive/Stuck on calibration screen after firmware update
Date first observed: 7/19/2005
Firmware: v.2.3.9 and v. 3.6.7
Emailed Pronto Team: Yes on 7/20/05
Serial: 82333607
Came home after 2 week vacation and found touchscreen unresponsive. Tried resetting and removing battery but to no avail. Updated firmware to v3.6.7 in hopes of resolving, but now I'm stuck on the calibration screen after firmware update.
