customer brought it in and I was able to get it to work the first time, now its back same thing DOP 12/19/03 ser# 73638563 Symptom: Touchscreen Unresponsive/Stuck on calibration screen after firmware update Date first observed: 6/29/05 Firmware: v.3.6.7, 2 months ago Emailed Pronto Team: Yes on 7/8/05 second failure first time 2 months ago with origanal firmware
