If anybody would like, I can email you my TSU7000 PCF that incorporates this "background button" that triggers the Hard Button Light. I still wish Pronto would just add this feature but until they do, this is what I am doing. This makes it easy so that I do not have to reposition my hold on the Pronto to press the left side hard button. Shoot me an email if you would like this. I will also upload this soon.
