BREAKTHROUGH!!!!!!
Ok. I tried to update my firmware and it said it could not recover my old configuration. It then said if I clicked on proceed it would overwrite my current configuration so I let it. After I recalibrated my pronto I downloaded my most recent config and all seems fine. My pronto now works on both PC's with no problems.
