There is no silver bullet to "dither" your color
graphics down to Black and White. You could extract
the PCF (as it is just a zip). Edit the images
individually in the "Bitmaps" folder to your liking
then re-zip the file.

I guess I could replace the 7500 bitmaps with 3500 bitmaps, and that way I wouldn't have to change every single button. Right?
