Dan, just to clarify, in the PCF I emailed the
Pronto Team, the 'Home' key was programmed to
do a Special Action of 'Home' such that one could
return to the home page. They have since confirmed
this to be a macro cancellation issue and are
looking into the problem.
If I understand you correctly, you can't do anything
when the problem occurs. If you have a PCF that
you can email me and tell me what screen causes
the problem, I'd like to see it occur. Not that
I don't trust you, just that I'd like to see the
real lockup versus a macro cancellation. If I'm
successful, I can document the steps and forward
to the engineers.
What I was suggesting is that you try adding Special
Action to an empty firm/hardkey that will do a
Special Action 'Home'.
Then, if customer still has problems, see if pressing
this key will take them back to 'Home'.
