John, it actually worked without adding the 0.2 sec duration on my old 3000. I then tried it with the 0.2 (on my 7000 and 7500) but it still did not work. I then made the duration 1.0 sec but it still does not work. I am not sure what to do, does anybody out there have this matrix switch and has got it to work with their next gen Pronto's?
