The protocol you have is the NEC protocol. If you'd like to understand what was done above a bit more, download the Pronto Hex IR Format document from the Pronto User Documentation Files section by Barry Gordon
From this code:

The device id is 0x20 or 32 decimal. The function is 0x1E or 30 decimal.
Here's the contents to use for a Makehex .IRP file to gen all 256 codes, including the modified doubling of the repeat IR sequence in bold below.
