These bad learns are too bad to reconstruct. But the good learns identify the set of 256 signals that should include all the commands for your cable box. I used MakeHex and IrPanels to put all 256 signals into a CCF file and emailed it to you.

Given how hard the learning process has been for these, it would probably be easier to test all 256 buttons of that CCF to find the signals you failed to learn.
