The learned Pronto Hex in post 1 of this thread is WRONG.

If something else is also wrong (such as what Peter just suggested) then you must fix both to get it working. I don't know whether just fixing the Pronto Hex will make this work. I do know that JUST following Peter's suggestion WON'T make it work. Also Peter's suggestion does not relate to the original cause of the learning failure (but I also don't know what caused the learning failure).

Peter's suggestion is a common cause of problems and he may have good reason to believe it aplies in this situation.
