Do you mean you can't get working learns for any functions for that device? Or do you mean that only some functions were learned badly and the same functions continued to be learned badly when you tried to relearn them?

I probably can figure out the correct signals if I see the bad learn samples from a few different buttons (and tell me which buttons they were). But if you have any good learns, those would help even more toward understanding how to correct the bad ones.

Also, try this possible repair of the one you posted already

0000 0073 0012 0000 000F 000A 0006 000A 0006 0016 0006 000A 0006 000A 0006 001D 0006 000A 0006 000A 0006 000A 0006 0016 0006 0016 0006 0010 0006 0016 0006 001D 0006 000A 0006 001D 0006 000A 0006 0fff

Also when learning make sure both remotes are stationary and use a long press on the original remote.

Your signal above looks like it was supposed to be nearly the same signal as the TVGde signal in the Foxtel device in this CCF file:

But your device seems to have a different unit number encoded in the signal. I don't guess any of the signals from that CCF would work for you unmodified. But the devices might be similar enough that it could serve as a guide for the function numbers in repairing the Pronto Hex for your device.

BTW, please drop the Caps lock.
