Don't forget the possibility that your IR emitters are not properly aligned. There are many stories about alignment on this forum. Often times they need to be purposely "mis-aligned" to work well. Especially on cable and Sat boxes. Try everything on IR first, with the emitters removed from the components. If they work on IR, then it is likely a problem with the emitter alignment.
