Thanks reply, Jim. Yes, I did choose TSU 7500 when loading the editor and I did try downloading the default config over my modified config, but it didn't work-- same old "error downloading" message at the end. Yes, it does look as if my editor is set for the wrong model but, in that case, I don't know where I went wrong or what I should have done to set it to the right model. What frustrates me most is that Philips seems not to have included a way to reboot the thing. The "reset" button on the back is useless. The Pronto screen is frozen with the message "incorrect version of CF file or corrupt memory" and, for the life of me, I can't unfreeze it...
