Lowpro, awesome job with the remote! This is exactly what I would to do for my CX777ES using my Pronto. Do your CX985 changers also have that horrible Disk Explorer interface? If so, I'm wondering how you were able to work around it- I assume you have a macro to take it to disk explorer, then delay (maybe 2-3 seconds?), then hit the slot number, then hit enter... I'm going to have to play around with this for awhile to make sure I have the right settings.
