My TSU7500 does this occasionally. When it happens I found I can fix it by pulling the battery, then press and hold the reset button and then reconnect the battery. If it doesn't reboot then with the battery in I hold the reset button for 30 seconds. When it reboots it's good for another 6 months or so. It feels more like a memory corruption error than a hardware problem to me.
