I just did two of my TSU3000s. I could not get it work with a pin pick, I used a knife blade and they are both back in business. I would not send any unit back to Philips, first, they do not deserve any money to fix the problem. Second, the last TSU3000 I got off of Ebay was under $75 (without a docking station), USD. Third, it is not that hard to do. Thanks to all on this site who continue to do Philips' customer support as usual.
