Hi all,
I'm looking at repairing a RU950 (TS3000), which has a broken screen - well touchscreen to be precise - its the usual contact problem... Whilst I had it open I see the EL panel is partly detached from the LCD glass, (probably done by previous muppet who didn't know what he was doing...), and I'm wondering about using LED's to light screen instead of EL panel - how hard is it to do? and how good a light dispersal do you get?
I think this is probably a question more for Ossocao - since I think he has done this?

Thanks for any advice!
Joe

P.S. Anyone know anywhere to get replacement SMD push button switches for the Pronto (Contrast button) - since he also broke that :-)
