had one of the worst customer experiences with pronto
support.
No more Philips stuff for me either. Hey Philips here's

Ok just finished the repair and all is good again. The pin trick worked. I also managed to unstick one of the bottom keys with a bit of hot water (after removing the button of course) And I used the pin to scrape the contact on my volume down side button that was intermittent and was able to get it back in shape. So I figure I'm good for another year. But I'm still thumbs down on Philips customer service. My experiances with them have been horrible.
