Well, looks like I have joined a product know as a paper weight that was sold as a product of convience. Yes, I unpacked the Philips Pronto TSU 3000 inserted the batteries and the screen is frozen. It was programmed before I moved and now it just looks pretty. Resisting the urge to toss it ... I suppose needle it is now the order of the day. Is it really useless to even contact Philips regarding this problem or product? What are the best needles to use ... totally discombobulated. HELP!
K2 is blue about the screen freeze of his "new to me" TSU 3000 that was purchased from a home theater installer about a year ago when I was moving from VA to KY. Now I have a paper weight.
