Still got the 3000 (RU950).
Got the harmony and hate it. Someone said it's a step down. It's a bloody great leap down, and I can't get the RF to work, which was one of its selling points for me. To be honest, I thought of it as a stop-gap, but now I'm seriously considering sending it back as I just can't get it to do what I want and I feel like I keep butting my head against a wall.
Maybe I'll just have to bite the bullet and get a 960, even if I am still miffed at philips.
