My TSU3000 pooped out on me a couple of days ago, and after recharging the battery pack (brand new) completely, doing a button reset, and doing a battery-pull reset...but none of them seemed to work. Yesterday, it randomly started working again, but only for a few minutes.

It seems like the touchscreen is registering my touches about 2 inches to the left. e.g.-if I press on the far left side of the screen, soft buttons towards the right side of the screen (like the device navigation right arrow at the top) activate.

How can I see about sending my Pronto in to get checked out, too? Not sure what firmware I have, and I can't access the information screen since the appropriate soft key is on the left side of the page :-(

Edit: It's 3.1.15. I just upgraded to 3.6.7, and now I'm getting the "calibration failed" message when I tap the top right corner during calibration.
