I got a new one
Thanks Philips in Belgium
Her is som email from Philips
"Dear,

We are contacting you either because of an e-mail you sent to us or a post you made on Remotecentral.com in regards to your touch screen on your Philips Pronto NG TSU3000 / RU950 not working.

We have been working since mid June to try to find the cause of the non-responsive touch screen that some people are experiencing

To try to find the problem we first focused on feedback from people experiencing this issue based on purchase date and the firmware was being used when the problem occurred. This showed us that the units where very far apart from manufacturing date and the issue has arisen with users running several different firmware versions.

We then decided to try to get several units back to the development group here in Leuven, Belgium to try to put them on the test bench and see if we can pinpoint the cause.

Unfortunately getting the several units back has not yet resulted in us being able to identify the issue and we would like exchange your unit to get it back for analysis.

If possible please ship back your Pronto NG without batteries to the following address:

Philips BL Home Control "

And the last letter

"Dear Mr. Olof B,

Hereby I would like to inform you that your SBC RU950 has arrived at our office for further investigation.
A new device is shipped with UPS and can be monitored at http://www.ups.se with the following tracking number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Kind regards,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Pronto Software Engineer
Philips Home Control"

Now everything is working

Olov
