Two possibilities. First the most simple. If you are the Pronto master, you are used to holding the sending remote to the bottom of the pronto to learn commands. With the iPronto, you have to hold them with the tops facing each other. The other thing that you do a lot is copying and pasting buttons that you like the graphics. In iPronto, when you copy a button, then try teach it a new code, all of the copies learn the new code as well. Big pain that caused me a very long day on the phone with Philips. There are other threads that discuss workarounds. Also I have been told that the new release fixes this bug, but I have not verified this. Hope this helps.
