Consumer Fraud Class Action Lawsuit. ! ?

If you DO resort to suing them, why don't you include a request for them to award you a sense of perspective (if you indeed you win) since THAT appears to be defective too.

If you have a truly defective unit, I highly suspect that either Tweeter or Philips will make it right for you. BUT every problem that I have had(and most of the ones I read about on this site) have been cured or curable by Philips firmware updates. Good luck to you.
