Andrew, I'm glad I made you smile, hope Philips take it in the same way but also read between the lines, I'm not a happy camper and unless they buck their ideas up it will be the last Philips product I buy, I'll also pass on my feelings to all my relatives and all the people who come to me for HC advice.

And to add insult to injury I get the following error on boot since the upgrade:
