I will say nothing about Philips, other then they
are the poorest company I know of with regard
to customer relations. I will never buy another
Philips product based solely on how they chose
to support the iPronto and their original marketing
hype.
Barry, if one reads through the posts everywhere on Remote Central, it sounds like poor support is the norm - at least at the end user level. Most of the higher end products are sold only through installers who provide the customer support, isolating the4 mfgr from the ultimate user. Does ANY remote supplier provide good support for the user?
