May have found some solutions?:

NetRemote has a PC based version that runs CCF files from prontos. It goes full screen and seams like it may work good. not sure if it can fun ICF iPronto files but it is a start...

Also PDAWin has TV Remote that runs CCF but not sure if it runs on XP yet?
