In the files section for the Pronto there is several descrete codes for the Pioneer receiver. You need neohacker and a JRE program (path below). Open neohacker and your ncf. copy the Pronto code into your ncf (ctrl + v) under "actions" for that button. Save the file and open it in NeoEdit and download to your remote. Hope this helps.
