In NeoSynch, just "Highlight" the device you want to move and then use the up "Arrow" in the toolbar to move that device to the top. It will now be the "Start Up" device.

Just remember to save it as a new file and that it will only work as long as you open the file in NeoEdit and DL it to the remote.

If you make any changes, you will have to redo this as saving anything in NeoEdit recreates the default startup Device.
