I'd recommend picking up a cheap one-for-all or radio shack remote. These remotes have advanced codes including discrete input codes, seperate on and off codes, etc. The remotes cost <$20 and you will be able to get almost any code for any device you own. Then you just teach the codes to your neo. I've had one for years and use it to get discrete codes whenever I add a new piece of equipment.
