RMA the unit. Harmony is very good about this
if you are under warranty. Basically, they issue
you an RMA # and then have you order a replacement
remote from their site. When the new one arrives
you send the old one back to avoid getting charged
for it.

You were right, Customer service seems to be a priority with this company. Something I think that is very important! :)
