I already did all that ... it's set to flip, everything is the right order, the right command is being sent.

From searching some older threads it seems there used to be a wizard question asking, even if TV marked as cycling, whether there was command to always force it to a particular input. E.g. channel up forcing it to tuner. Then it would implement pseudo-discrete behavior by always going to tuner first then cycling from there, I'm guessing. But I don't see it in the current wizard. Maybe this was set in the DB for my TV and now no way to change it w/o getting Harmony tech involved or finding another compatible TV code set ...

Oh well, I can live with it as it is, this way does have its advantages.
