I just bought a Logitech Harmony 680 to control my home
theater. I pretty much have everything set up (still need
to make some small adjustments) except that my remote
will turn off my Motorola DCT6412 cable box/DVR when I
want to stop watching TV. I need to have he DVR on all
the time to be able to record programs when I'm not watching
TV.I have the remote set to control all the functions
of the cable box but it includes turning it off every
time I want to stop watching TV. I tried going into the
set-up via my computer but I can't find where to tell
the remote to stop turning off the cable box. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!
Uh, the DVR does not have to be on to record. It has to be plugged in, but the power does not have to be on.
