My problem is the web server, first it's forgetting my Additional Button settings. I spent a good three hours last night setting up the remote. I wanted to make some minor additions today and to my horror it's all back to default! Has anyone else seen this?
I also spent at least an hour with support last night because of this error:
Updating Remote:Configuration Error Problem must be resolved before you can update the remote. HarmonyDevice::This key is already associated with an element of this collection(457)Context: HarmonyRemote=Harmony659
After losing my first config when they supposedly fixed it I was able to program my remote. To my dismay again this morning this error has come back! (I don't think there were are any expletive deleted's that I left out when I saw this)
Any ideas, I'm getting ready for another marathon session with support.
