Does anyone know if the One has learning capability?

As a longtime Pronto user, I'm considering a Harmony because I switched to Mac and can no longer program my Pronto. So, does the Harmony have the discrete codes etc... we had to find online here and program into the Pronto? Anyone made the swithc have thoughts?

(p.s. - I know there are ways to run Windows on a Mac, and thus use ProntoEdit software ... but I'm really trying to avoid that.)
