I just told you - go to the TV device in the harmony setup software and select Adjust Inputs. There you have a choice of how the TV selects inputs. In this case you want "I go directly to the input I want". Then you either choose the input labeled HDMI 1 or create one if it's not there and tell it to use the hdmi1 command.
Then when you create the activity, you tell it to use the TV device and input HDMI 1 and the harmony makes it happen.
