Yeah, that makes sense. As I went through my devices on the remote, a couple of mine either have nonworking discrete commands, or it's not even an option, so now I've also learned, that they can't always be discrete commands, even if you want, regardless of power command issues or not, so I told my wife, even though she likes using the oem samsung and directv remotes, to at least turn things on and off with the harmony, and it will save some headaches. In doing that she will see it is more than just a new "toy" for me, and maybe put the oem remotes in a drawer.
