Yeah, I called them again, and got the second level support, and he tried doing something at his end to the command, but it didn't change anything. He said it isn't that uncommon for a discrete command to not work consistently when the original remote didn't have it. Also the fact that a guy on the Logitech forums with the same exact tv that doesn't have any problems with discrete commands, doesn't point to it being a bad remote either........some will be consistent, some won't. He said if the Harmony works with discrete commands when the original didn't, it's a bonus, but if it doesn't, it's expected. It's not the end of the world to use toggle power......I mat have been assuming it was a bigger deal than it really is. It's just easier to keep it in sync with discrete commands. He said if you don't change any inputs or do anything with the power with another remote, you won't have any problems with the toggle power.
