Theoretically - yes. At this point you have 3 options:
Use the power toggle - it works fine and help will fix
any out of sync condition.
delete and re-add the device, then re-download and try
the buttons in device mode again
take the remote back and exchange it
There is no point in continuing to try something that
you know doesn't work.
I agree.......it's just that there is a guy that posts on the logitech forums that has the same tv and has no problem with discrete commands. I already deleted and re-added the device yesterday. The guy at logitech said he doesn't think it's the remote, I have a hard time buying that. It's a 2 hour drive to return this thing, that's why I'm trying to make sure.
