Can you solve the problem with the Help button? If so,
then increase the inter-device delay of the TV. Its PowerOn
command is probably partially clobbered by the commands
for the other devices.
Let me start by saying thanks again for being so helpful with this.
If you're reading this, you've probably read my previous (rather long) post about the guy having the PowerOn set to toggle. Anyway, I corrected that, updated the remote, and tried it out. I pressed watch tv, and tv and dvr same on like they should, and then I turned the tv off with OEM remote, then tried watch dvd.......dvd player and AV receiver came on, but not the tv, and repeated pressing of watch dvd activity changed nothing, and YES, using the help button solved the problem, so what is this thing with the inter-device delay of the TV, and how should I set that up? Thanks! Let me add that I am not turning this tv off with the oem remote to prove that I shouldn't only be using the Harmony(which is ideal, I know),but because I'm understanding that it SHOULD be able to "live" with the original(at least for now haha). Anyway, now I'm not leaning towards a trip to circuit city to return it like I was awhile ago, and I hope that doesn't change!
