All is fine apart from, a very cold start i.e. if the TV has been off more than a few minutes. I did some searching and see folk have problems with this. So at the moment I am just trying a few things.

This may sound a stupid question but are the discrete Power ON /OFF actually different signals or both just Toggles given there own label?
